Ben Cook

Ben graduated from the University of Brighton in 1998 with a degree in Fine Art and spent a year at a London post-production house before moving to San Francisco to explore the emerging creative potential of web technologies. He helped organise the pioneering Flash Forward design conference in both the United States and Europe, and continues to maintain ongoing working relationships with many of the leading edge designers he encountered. Ben returned to London and worked as Web Design Manager for the design and communications agency Creative & Commercial but eventually a passion for motion graphics led him to relocate to Los Angeles. In 2004 he returned to the UK and founded Radio, a London agency specialising in motion, interactive and web design, where he now works as Creative Director.

Ben’s training as an artist combined with a passion for film and music informs the unique visual and conceptual approach he applies to the design process. Ben’s work has been featured in London’s Time Out magazine and his tutorials on Flash design have been published in Computer Arts Magazine. His range of clients extends from multi-nationals such as Viacom to small independent concerns in photography, production and design industries. Aside from this commercial work his non-commercial projects afford continual opportunities to develop fresh and innovative ideas.

Mikael Wehner

Mike graduated from Bergs School of Communication in 1995 with a diploma in magazine design. He worked for less than a year at a publishing house before he got picked up by one of Stockholm’s first booming web agencies where he later became art director. In 1997 Mike picked up his studies at California Institute of the Arts where he discovered the world of motion graphics and made many good friends and contacts. after graduating in 2001 he moved back to Stockholm and formed his own company Wehnertal Design Resort where he still operates today as art director and new media producer. Mike is also involved in hosting clubs and arranging festivals.
